Reading a Listing Before You Buy
Because a gift is often bought without the recipient beside you, the product page has to do more work than usual. We aim to describe each piece plainly: what it is, what it is made from, how large it is, what travels inside the box, and where a personalization will appear.
Please look at the photos and read the description together. Props and extra items shown in a picture are included only when the description names them as part of the product. Colors can read differently from screen to screen, and handmade or personalized pieces may vary a little in texture, finish, or detail. Those differences are often part of how such pieces are made rather than a fault.
Where a listing offers engraving, monogramming, printing, or another personal touch, please slow down and check the details. Spelling, dates, initials, and placement matter more than usual, because a personalized piece is made for one person and cannot return to the shelf for the next customer. If you are unsure how a custom option will appear, ask us before you order.
